Just so you know, you will receive a call or text within 2-4 hours to confirm the appointment. You will receive confirmation on the next working day if you place your order outside working hours.
The Booking Team operates from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
We will always try to keep your preferred date and time. If we need to change that, we will talk about it when we get in touch with you.
Just so you know, wewill need to place the order on hold if we can’t reach you.
Payment:
After completing the survey, you can pay our Assessor cash or make a bank transfer to the account details on our invoice. Once the survey is completed, the invoice will be emailed. If you pay in cash, our assessor will email you a receipt.
Certificates:
The certificate will be issued the day after cleared payments (before 8 PM). Commercial and SAP EPCs may take more time based on the complexity of the projects
